All donations made to Knowello via the third-party payment gateway, ARL World, are non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the following circumstances:
 

1. Error in Payment Processing: If you believe there has been an error in the payment processing of your donation, please contact ARL World support at [insert contact details] within 24 hours of making the donation.

2. Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made a duplicate donation to Knowello, please contact ARL World support at info@knowello.com within 24 hours of making the donation.

3. Fraudulent Activity: If we detect any fraudulent activity associated with a donation, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction and refund the donation to the original payment method.
    

In the event of a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used to make the donation within 7-14 business days.
 

We encourage you to ensure the accuracy of the donation details before making a payment as all donations are final and non-refundable.
